At Dietitian Lab, we strive to ensure that our products are fresh and of the highest quality for our customers. As a result, we do not keep large quantities of stock on hand, and instead make our products fresh to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days, and standard parcel delivery time frames with Australia Post typically apply thereafter, taking 3-6 business days. If you cannot wait for your favourite products, please email us at info@dietitianlab.com.au and we will endeavour to accommodate express delivery time frames for a small fee.

Our standard bags of 225g of granola cost $22.00, with a minimum postage and handling fee of $10.00 for nationwide delivery and $15.00 for express delivery services. We also offer free delivery for orders of $80.00 or over. Additionally, take advantage of our special promotion pack, which includes 4 standard bags of granola for $80.00 and free nationwide delivery.

Return Policy:

We typically do not accept returns for our products. However, if you find that the quality of our products does not meet our high standards, please email us at info@dietitianlab.com.au within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement product.

If we have made an error with your order (such as sending the wrong product), we will replace the product and cover your return shipping costs. Please email us at info@dietitianlab.com.au within 7 days of receipt to notify us of the error and arrange for a replacement product.
